This Limited Warranty applies to physical Products purchased from the Website.

Limitations of Damages

TechTools will not be responsible for any consequential damages or losses directly or in-directly related to failure of a TechTools Product.

Warranty Coverage

TechTools DigiView Products are covered by a 1 year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (all other Products: 90 Days). During the Limited Warranty period, TechTools will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of a Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. A Product replaced or repaired under warranty assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. This warranty extends to the original buyer only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Warranty Procedure

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, the customer must contact TechTools to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the Product to TechTools in Rowlett TX. The customer may use a carrier of its choosing to return the product as long as it is a door-to-door service and the shipping costs are prepaid.

TechTools, at its discretion, will either repair the defect or replace the Product upon receiving the failed item and determining that the failure falls within the coverage conditions expressed in this warranty.

TechTools will pay the shipping costs to return a repaired/replaced warranted item to the customer.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Packages sent freight-collect will be refused, or the shipping charges will be billed to the customer, at Our discretion.

Changes to this Product Warranty Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Policy on the Website, and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.

You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on the Website.
